IF IT DOES NOT WORK ON YOUR PHONE AT ALLOR IF IT DOES NOT RECORD BOTH SIDES OF THE CALL CLEARLY:

Try to adjust the recording settings using different audio sources.

2.
Try to use microphone audio source with auto-turn on speaker to capture both sides of the call if phone line audio source does not work.
3.
Some phones don't support recording from phone line, handsfree or bluetooth.
It is due to some firmware driver problems imposed by manufacturer of the phone.
Please, contact us via email about that, so we can update our known problem database accordingly and monitor the device in case of future support.
